Low-Pitch Tile Roof Ranches
The classic Sun City ranch has a low-pitch tile roof, a narrow side-yard gate, and a 1962 sliding-glass slider that doesn’t come off cleanly without a pad. We slow down for it. Dean does the same in Peoria and Sun City West, but Carl owns this ZIP.
