Local hourly is $169, two movers and a truck. Flat figures cover most jobs. The $195 deposit holds your date and credits to the final bill — nothing extra on move day, no fuel surcharge surprise.

Scheduling

Two weeks ahead for a midweek local, four for a Saturday, eight for the October snowbird wave. Same‑week openings happen when a Bell Road run doubles back. Maggie Sloan on dispatch confirms the loading window the night before, with a text update if a Cardinals home game shifts Loop 101 traffic.

Summer heat protocol

May through October the loading dock hits 140°F by 11am. ACE crews load before 7am, run A/C‑only cabs, wrap upholstery in UV‑rated sealed pads, and slide sun‑shielded pads under leather. No truck deck sits in noon sun with the door open.

If a heat advisory hits Maggie will move your loading window to 5:30 AM. No upcharge.

Snowbird cycle

Half our Sun City and Litchfield Park calendar runs October–November inbound and March–April outbound. We hold those weeks a year in advance for repeat customers. Climate‑controlled storage at $135/month bridges the gap for snowbirds heading north for summer.

Long‑distance

Binding flat from $2,595 for Tucson, Las Vegas, Flagstaff. San Diego, LA, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, Denver and El Paso step up by mileage. Carl Schroeder runs the LD crew on a 26‑footer with a sealed deck. The figure is binding, not estimated.

Yes — $425 flat for upright pianos and gun safes inside the Northwest Valley. Grand pianos quoted separately.

$1M cargo coverage and full Arizona worker comp on every W-2 crew member. Released-value coverage is included; full-value protection upgrades available.
Do you serve Sun City retirement community?
Yes — it’s half our calendar in October-November and March-April. Linda has the gate codes for every Sun City village in the CRM.
What if there’s a heat advisory?
Maggie shifts your loading window to 5:30 AM. No upcharge for the early start — it’s how we work May through October anyway.
Cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 7 days before for a full deposit refund. Inside 7 days, deposit credits to a reschedule within 90 days.
How do I book?
