Litchfield Park grew up as the Goodyear Tire and Rubber cotton-company town in 1916, and the 85340 ZIP still reads that way — broad streets, mature citrus groves, the Wigwam Resort at the center, and upscale residential blocks running south of Camelback Road toward Luke Air Force Base. ACE Movers built the Litchfield route around the historic core and the newer master-planned blocks at the Litchfield Greens and Wigwam Creek edges.
Wigwam-Adjacent Streets
The streets around the Wigwam — Indian School, Old Litchfield Road, Wigwam Boulevard — have mature mesquite and palm canopy that drops the overhead clearance under 11’6” in spots. Kevin walks the route before estimating a 26-ft truck. Where the canopy is tight we send a 20-ft box from the W Glendale Avenue yard.
- Wigwam-area mesquite canopy clearance check
- Litchfield Park HOA paperwork by Linda
- Luke AFB family-transfer COI on file
- Kevin in-home estimate (Litchfield is on his patch)
- Dawn-load May through October
- 20-ft box shuttle option for tight canopies
Luke AFB Family Transfers
Luke AFB sits east of Litchfield Park off Lower Buckeye, and we run F-16 training-squadron family transfers nearly every month. Dale knows the gate protocol — PCS orders, base-housing pass, COI submitted to housing office. The protocol is the same as on a Goodyear Estrella job or an Avondale long-haul.
